eBay: 'Show completed listings only'

Subject: eBay: 'Show completed listings only'

(Sorry) I don't fiddle about with eBay that much, and I'm sure many of you are already aware of this function. But for those of you as stupid as me, I'd like to draw your attention to the Show completed listings only option on the Advanced Search function on eBay.

It's quite useful actually. Or at least I found it so, when I'd been offline for a few weeks. For example you can basically look at all auctions ending in the last couple of weeks (15 days?) with 'Tolkien' in the description (or whatever your interested in).

I thought that was pretty good. You can put them in order of price, and get the most expensive Tolkien items sold on eBay in any given month by just doing this a couple of times. Unfortunately you've got to trail through all the '0 bids' auctions as well, but the successful auctions are clearly highlighted in green.
