Probably the same article appears in Orcrist #7 (1972-73). I don't have a copy of that issue of Orcrist right now, unfortunately. A citation refers to the Orcrist article as her dissertation "epitomized in" the Orcrist article, so it is probably rewritten for a wider audience. Sorry for the long link!
