Also, Julian Bradfield has announced that Quettar Back Issues Vol II is now available:

This 112 page volume covers issues 11 to 20, published in 1981 to
1984. It includes the tengwar numerals presented by Christopher
Tolkien, as well as several 'classic' articles.
