I am guessing here, but the seller mentions at the very top:

I was given these books as a school prize but I already had the paperbacks, so they have stayed in their box for over thirty years.


Based on that statement, I think that explains the presentation certificate (they picked one of the books to put it in, rather than on the box or making one for each book). The printing I can't answer to without being in front of my handy Hammond for a bit more research.
