Yes he did, and in doing so broke ebay rules on ending an auction when people were bidding on it

I don't know why ebay have any rules at all, they do not enforce any of them.

It's ebay and the seller that I am not happy with.

Update: Seller reported to ebay and a case is being opened against them.
