I would say the best bet to sell this book is via ebay. One sold last week for 300 but spine damaged. Condition is everything and damage albeit minor will affect possible price.
In the past 46 hobbits have gone for 500 plus but the market is often quite fickle and if it was me I wouldn't have a reserve as it puts some buyers off.
I would instead start at say 200 or even 100 to get some bids started.
Expect 3-500 I would say
