Subject: Re: Looking for info on map/poster by garm on 2010/4/26 15:04:52 Just dug out my copy of Martsch's Tolkienalia, according to which "I saw the first mention of it in 1975 ballantine paperback editions, for $1.49" (Gary Hunnewell). I have a copy of the 'Come to Middle earth' poster; according to Martsch, this was produced in the late '60s. I've also just noticed a mention (p.23) of four posters produced by The Middle Earthworm, England, 1970/71. Ooh! I have those; plus another, entitled 'Treebeard'. Never knew the firm was called that. |
