Subject: Re: Green Suns and Faerie by garm on 2011/9/18 6:14:30 On an off-topic note: I'm glad Wellinghall feels comfortable about writing of a personal correspondence between himself and a famous Tolkien scholar, without any concerns about being labelled a 'name-dropper'.  The thing is, on most other sites I can think of, this sort of frankness might be viewed as disingenuousness - but here on the Tolkien Guide, we can be confident that when one of us says something, it has the merit of being true, and not in the least insincere, nor showing-off.
