Never heard of any UK Proofs (though they may well exist) other than the Dummy Copy of course and a couple of advance review copies (with review slip laid in) which are identical to the standard 1st Trade Printing. Can't remember what I paid for it off-hand (again it's on my spreadsheet at home) but somehow I doubt it was cheap. Best Wishes. |
