Subject: Re: The Hobbit 13th impression, info and value by laurel on 2012/8/1 21:43:20 Selling amounts have certainly gone up massively in last few months for any hobbits with/without jackets. The last 2 1961 unjacketed copies on ebay went for £47 & £162 in UK and USA respectively so there is inconsistentcy Jlong refers too. There is 1 on ebay at moment (already at £26 and days left) My guess would be £70 if in reasonable condition. This being said i wouldnt pay this sort of amount and would even pause if it had a jacket. Good luck - now until Christmas is time to sell I say. |
