Does anyone else have any 'review' copies of Tolkien books?

Although interested in hearing about the earlier years of publishing (i.e. when Tolkien was alive), I'm particularly looking to see if anyone else has stumbled across any review 'slips' which came with otherwise normal books.

I just bought a copy of The Silmarillion (interestingly a Billing copy), which has a GA&U slip laid in. It is not specifically for Tolkien. It begins We have pleasure in sending the accompanying book for review; and has four blank areas where the title, author, price, and publication date can be (in this case) typed in. It adds Please ensure no review appears before the publication date.

Anyone seen anything similar? (perhaps in UT). Were these 'slips' used in any pre-Silmarillion Tolkien titles?
