Subject: English & Medieval Studies Presented to J. R. R. Tolkien by Jlong on 2008/10/26 9:09:05 About six months ago, I found a proof copy of English & Medieval Studies Presented to J. R. R. Tolkien on the Occasion of his 70th Birthday. Has anyone ever seen a copy of this before? I believe it is an uncorrected bound proof and not an advance reading copy as the book is paperback and the blurb for it is stapled to the inside of the cover. It also has a stamp on the cover that reads "Book Proof" with a date of Nov. 1962. |
