- Though, when it comes to paperback editions of The Hobbit, my number one choice has to be the Puffin Hobbit (1961) with the glorious wrap-around cover illustration by Pauline Baynes. A wonderful piece of work!

Yep, those are the ones. Cheers for the links, one of those looks promising.

I have previously e-mailed Geoff and plan to get some prints soon. The originals however are at this time a little out of my range. I am glad he is selling them as a set.

It has been re-listed, the comments about Christopher and his father have been changed from the original listing, a lot of the rubbish has been removed. I still don't understand why they posted it as it was in the first place, after all they are just trying to sell a book with a signed bookplate.
