Here is a quiz, which book are you getting if you were to buy one of the three copies available. I'm struggling from the description to have any idea at all!!!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/History-Middle- ... 295?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3

From looking at the ISBN listed it is possible to find which book it is, but that is cheating for this quiz.

If you want to cheat, it is probably this book

First edition, first printing. Original illustrated paper covered boards in dustwrapper. A VERY GOOD copy showing some light rubbing and bumping to the extremities of covers. The contents are in FINE condition. Complete with the original rubbed and nicked price-clipped dustwrapper. £110

The day time events for this Oxonmoot include some stalwarts (the Quiz, slideshow, Merry & Pippin's Dance Workshop, beer, the ITF meeting) but also talks that in places are in 3 streams. Speakers include Dimitra Fimi, Charles Bressler, and Angie Gardner. Plus we have the film "Born of Hope" being shown with a Q&A session after. Note bookings close 3rd Sept! And gremlins mean that online bookings are down so email or post your form (PDF available on website)

I notice that the fan film "Born of Hope" is now going to be screened at Oxonmoot, but I found this on their website. I wonder what happened.

Very similar to the bottom-feeders on Amazon (penny books) and ABE (dollar minimum). Some people will sell at any price (I guess it feels better than giving the book away). I have a minimum price that I do not sell below on any venue, but for the most part I agree - trade at bookstore, donate to library or Goodwill (charity organization around here), send to someone using bookmooch (bookmooch.com is great!) etc.

With careful management of costs, it is possible to make a few cents "profit" selling a book for a penny on Amazon. All it takes is using zero-cost packing materials and sending the cheapest possible method. There is a reason I don't buy penny books.
