Very upset that you did not read my post and appreciate how ultra rare and collectable this unique super rare, very rare item is.

So this edition is at least seven years after 1992, difficult to argue it is a centenary edition

A rare item indeed

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOLKIEN-LORD-OF ... ks_UK?hash=item20af6940cf

TOLKIEN: LORD OF THE RINGS * RARE CENTENARY EDITION HB

"VERY SOUGHT AFTER AND COLLECTABLE CENTENARY EDITION"

It is rare in that it is the ultra rare and fabled 21st edition of this book, only 20 printings after the centenary edition

You can post these examples in the Members Forums which are only accessible by Members of the Forum, not people who have not logged in or just registered users, Wayne and Christina are Members so would be able to see your examples.

I'm pleased that this is what HarperCollins are doing, any ideas about the colour of the dustjacket for the hardback index?
