Hi Trotter,

I may not be remembering correctly, but I think that at one point, David Miller had the original. And I think he subsequently sold it on. But I may not be correct on this.

Indeed I have a (very convincing) copy of the same signed note that was included (as a free token) with a book I purchased a few years ago.

Ahh Yes, the rare and elusive 1972 Seventh - Sixteenth - First Impression of the Third First Edition 1937.

Don't think I have one of those in my collection at the moment. Will most likely bid a small fortune to acquire this one.....

I actually ordered a copy (2 Volumes) from Amazon.ca last June (to ship to Ireland) along with a few other books. It Shipped in 15 days and was sent via DHL (though I only chose standard shipping).

Worked out much cheaper getting it from Canada, even though the UK is next door. At the time it was not available on any other of the Amazon sites, but in the last month is now available on the Amazon UK site.

If you replace the ".com" with ".co.uk", you will see the items. A quirk of Ebay wherby not all items listed in the UK appear on the US Site and vice-versa
