Has anyone got a spare copy of the 2005 HC Extended Edition of Smith of Woootton Major to sell? Can't find it anywhere and missed it when it first came out.

Who can help. I bought a book at ebay UK and the seller in not willing to transfer it to Germany. Who can help me? I would like the book to be sent to a reliable member here who transfers it to Germany. Of course I will pay the postage etc.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance for your help.
