Nigel Williams Rare Books was pretty well known; I didn't know Nigel at all, but probably emailed him once or twice. The name's sort of up there with Peter Harrington etc. --sad news.

Love your posts garm! Sounds like it was a great event; you couldn't even remember attending! *chuckle* --but, hold on, Alan & Ted might have been there too! Well, if I'd been to half as many Tolkien events as you, I'd probably forget who all had been there too. Anyway, I look forward to looking into TCG tomorrow; "Hold on!, I actually have one of these signed Silmarillions in my collection now that I think about it..." hehe...
