From a mail send to me:

"I have been looking for, with no success, a copy of "The Hobbit", an audio record performed by Richard Harris (?), or Harrison. A considerable amount of time has passed since I owned the "album" and have lost it due to countless loans, and of course one non-return (Friends?).
I have come upon some art students from the Maryland Institute College of Art, MICA, which have actually listened to and truly take pleasure in this recording. We plan on getting together to enjoy this masterpiece as a group but no one can locate a copy.
Finally, the question: Is this recording available today, new, used, album, tape, or CD (CD preferred)?"

Does anyone know more about this? I for sure do not know or own the recording.

I would be very happy to get the Italian cover... zip is great... one mail (if not over 30 MB, but not to crash the system maybe not pass 5MB a mail, i can pull it in but it might take VERY long) is ok, ... i got my own mailserver so i can pull it.

Thnxs for the corrections, i just add the hobbits and hope people correct me when others make mistakes. I got more reprints i think... because people do scan a reprint and send it in. It is almost impossible for me to check if all is correct. But the community is very attentive and sends corrections all the time... which is great!

Wow, very very nice! The knickerbocker and the fanzines... i'm very happy to see this. I'm always busy with the books and never have time to seek info on these items, but they are so lovely! Thnxs!!

A major update of the gallery of translations of the Hobbit has been made: Hobbits around the Globe. Now we already have 142 Hobbits in the gallery!

Thanks to a nice program called "galerie" it will be very easy to add new hobbits in the future.

Next week i will start adding some galleries for other Tolkien books. So people can start sending me all high resolution scans of The Silmarillion, Farmer Giles of Ham, Mr. Bliss, eo. of their own country in their own language. Please provide year of publication and if possible the ISBN and of course your name (so i can add you to the contributors list).
