Hey Jeremy... congratulations!

Fantastic news...

We all have our periods when nothing seems to happen (Tolkien related that is). And we all especially wish we had more time for doing more Tolkien stuff. But still a happy and healthy live is very important.

Having had a rough period lately i'm happy to play with my kids (half asian, my wife is Korean) and not do any updates... not work at my Tolkien site. Please enjoy your time and take your time... Tolkien Guide started of really nice and will slowly grow. Congrats once more!

Very strange...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290024199168

i thought Tolkien went on holiday to Milford on Sea in 1931. And i'm sure he kept all his notes and drawings very carefully. Also the drawing does not look & feel like a Tolkien drawing. What do you guys think??

Every signature is tricky ... and i'm almost sure that David his signed set came from an auction house. Because i remember the set to be stolen in a Hilton hotel and then recovered later. It was taken by an employee instead of sending it. I'll post more on the David Miller set once i get news from him about it.

And now i remember where I saw a similar thing before! Indeed they very much look alike... i'll have to write David Miller and ask some more info and put the two signatures next to each other.

Thnxs for pointing it out!
