Today I came across this Youtube channel:
http://www.youtube.com/user/Ceropegia There is a professional tutorial on how to make your custom slipcases and there are many other useful videos. :)

I guess HarperCollins will make another POD of this book, as they did with Christopher's The Saga of King Heidrek the Wise. No idea when, though...

If you open the pdf in "full window", you can save them on your computer (and print them out, for personal use only of course, just like I'm going to do). Don't really like reading long texts on a screen...

What a magnificent piece of art!:
