Not really sure now if these have already been posted (perhaps we should have a more systematic way of doing this?), but anyway, what do people think about these:

It was published in spring 2008, so some may not call it that new. There are at least plans for an English revised edition, but I haven't heard anything more about it since Zettersten told me this himself right after the book had been published.
