I can't see a publication date on it. The latest items in the (brief) bibliography are from 1973, so not before then; and the contact telephone number is of a form that stopped being used in 1995. From the general style, I would place it in the second half of the 1970s or the first half of the 1980s.
This link: http://books.google.co.uk/books/about ... =68cHtwAACAAJ&redir_esc=y gives the date as 1971, but for the reasons given above, this cannot be correct. 1971 could just apply to a first edition, I suppose, but I can't see an indication that mine is a second edition.
