Take a look at http://tolkien.skwishmi.com/ for US Editions.

These are the only US Editions I have in my collection (which is mostly UK Editions ansd some German ones), because I really like the look of them.

Most of the books (vg to fine) I´ve seen sold went for around £200-300 as you have mentioned.
