Lot 1012 (Tom Bombadil) - Dust jacket slightly frayed, slight discolouration, overall typical wear. Signed but provenance unavailable.

I asked for additonal info and got the following from Mark Jones, General Cataloger & Valuer @ Rosebery's
Lot 1011 (Farmer Giles of Ham) - Dust jacket slightly frayed, slight discolouration, overall typical wear. With photographs stuck in, some pages and photographs slightly damaged. Signed but provenance unavailable. Attach file: 1011.1.JPG (517.31 KB) 1011.2.JPG (495.67 KB) 1011.3.JPG (526.00 KB)

Oh well, then; I s'pose I'd better not mention the previous lot in that auction - a signed FGH, published by Unwin Brothers, 1949. http://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/auc ... e-id-2854836/lot-13537970 Completely "forgot" to mention that.
