Hi folks

We really need to clear some space*, and we have (reluctantly) decided to dispose of our Tolkien calendars - that is, all the official HarperCollins (etc) calendars from 1983 to 2012 inclusive, plus a few others. So, two questions:
- are they likely to increase significantly in value around the end of the year, when part 1 of three million of The Hobbit is released?
- would anyone here like to make me an offer for any or all of them?

I'm still not expecting them to go for silly money, whenever I sell them!

*No, Khamul, that does not mean we are getting rid of the Silmarillions ...

Thanks

- wellinghall

- Would these be the copies with blank pages? Never saw the point of them, myself.

Exactly garm! --no point in 'em; not worth a penny. But try telling wellinghall that! He was like, "why should I just give you them...", when I offered to take them off his hands. Even said I'd pay for the postage...

Now calendars, they're something (like blank books) I never saw the point in (collecting) either!
