The website has had some hiccups with new user registrations recently. I thought I had everything fixed up right, and in fact when I create new user accounts it appears to work well, but others are still occasionally having troubles. If you try to register here and anything goes wrong, please drop me a note via email ( webmaster AT tolkienguide DOT com) and I will continue to debug.
