If the Super Deluxe will not be available through Amazon, how do you think they will be sold? direct from Harper Collins? Or do some selected bookstores also get them?

I have been confirmed it will NOT be sold through amazon, but will be distributed by ONE on line bookdealer. Normally I will be able to give more information in a few days from now...

http://www.tolkien.co.uk/forum.aspx?g=posts&t=468 Looks like you can only buy it through the store on the tolkien.co.uk web site and is only available for delivery to the UK, which is a surprise.
