I may have spotted a minor typo in The Art of LoTR - page 140 says, "A similar rendering of Minas Tirith, but with a remarkably high tower, appears in a later, circa 1946 panoramic view, fig. 136)." Should this refer to fig. 137?

Yes, it should, thanks. The error crept in, ironically, in the process of making corrections during copy-editing.

Thanks for the confirmation, Wayne and Christina.
Another new book I am enjoying is the 2nd, expanded, edition of The Keys of Middle-earth. My proof-reading skills have struck again, though; there's a reference to section 2.3.3 in, er, section 2.3.3.

I have just received an email from HarperCollins advertising "The Tolkien Treasury", a boxset of Farmer Giles, Tom Bombadil, Smith and Roverandom. It mentions "Bonus material includes notes, alternate endings and illustrations by J.R.R Tolkien himself." Does anyone know if there is any new stuff in there?
Oh, and couldn't HarperCollins have used a new title for the set, rather than something that has been used before for an entirely different book?

I mentioned it a while back, it is just a box-set of the existing pocket editions, nothing new. Current UK publication date is 19th November 2015.

Hello all,
Followed your threads for quite some time but never got around to creating an account and saying hello.
I noticed that The Story of Kullervo has been listed on Amazon.co.uk as a Slipcased edition, I presume much like the existing ones.
The Story of Kullervo - Amazon UK
I never considered myself a collector as I have nothing very rare but somehow I looked back at my collection to find no space and 200 books sitting there and growing all the time. A snip of the collections I see from many of you here.
I wish you all well.
