I have no connection with the sellers; I am posting here as a Public Service Announcement; or, alternatively, as a chance to laugh at the sellers who think they can get this sort of price.

You can laugh at this seller on Abebooks as well (in fact it is far to easy to find sellers on Abe to laugh at)

How on earth could you arrive at the price for these Various items? The seller does not even bother to list the titles of the books that he'd like £2150 for.

A quote from 'Various' -

"There are five books in total, which includes Tales From The Perilous Region. "

I don't have that one.

And one from Wellinghall's list -

"The New Tolkien Newsletter : A Review of the Works of J. R. R. Tolkein. " (sic)

Of course, one could just laugh at Giddings and Holland - when I joined the Tolkien Society, one of the first articles I read in Amon Hen was a review of 'The New Tolkien Newsletter' by Jessica Yates, called 'Who do they think they're Gidding?' (AH 50, IIRC).

So bad, it's funny.
