Quite impressive what he has collected so far in a short time:
Over 600 original paintings from over 100 artists
Every british impression of the Hobbit up to 1999
Signed first impression of the Hobbit and LotR (with a dedication in Quenya, to Elaine Griffiths „Elainen tárin Periondion ar meldenya anyáran.)
Signed first US edition LotR
Signed first Italian edition LotR
etc etc
around 3000 books all in all

Every H impression, to 1999?; I don't think so --I'm sure there are a few missing, from that H photo.

O well he has one book room... you only see one shelve here... he has a room full of those
