Hi folks

I have just listed seven magazines with Tolkien-related pieces on eBay. The seller ID there is also wellinghall. Please take a look!

Thanks

Question for you - do you know what year the Cruden and Schofield was published?

I can't see a publication date on it. The latest items in the (brief) bibliography are from 1973, so not before then; and the contact telephone number is of a form that stopped being used in 1995. From the general style, I would place it in the second half of the 1970s or the first half of the 1980s.

This link:
http://books.google.co.uk/books/about ... =68cHtwAACAAJ&redir_esc=y

gives the date as 1971, but for the reasons given above, this cannot be correct. 1971 could just apply to a first edition, I suppose, but I can't see an indication that mine is a second edition.

And thanks for the widget!
