1937+70= 1995?

What is the publication date of "The Hobbit: 70th Anniversary Edition"?

The obvious answer would be: 70 years after its first publication. 1937+70= 2007. Isn´t it?

But I've found several websites with alleged 70th anniversary editions from 1995.

For example:

Play.com

And this it not the only website with similar info. Am I missing something?

They are the 70th Anniversary Edition which was published in 2007.

This is a reprint of the 5th edition printing from 1995.

Both dates appear in the books and the websites are showing the wrong date.
