As I'm located in Germany, I won't make it to any of those event.
Could someone organise me a deluxe copy as well, I would be happy to pay for the expenses!

Don't want to be a party pooper, but I'm not sure if another Lee signature is really that interesting or adds any value to a particular book. As a personal commemorative piece (a "I was there & Alan signed my book" kind of thing) it's definitely pretty cool. I think meeting Alan again & hearing what he has to say is the more interesting aspect tho'.
Any hint &/or possibility of CT bookplates or the like?

I think it is a nice-to-have if you don't have to go out of your way too much, but I'd agree that his signature does't add any monetary value. He is a prolific signer.
I agree too. IMO it's not worth the extra effort and money. My deluxe COH signed by Alan Lee was from when I was visiting the US and so it feels personal. Any other Alan Lee signed copy would be good to have but nothing especially significant; and certainly not worth the extra money.
I think it all depends, there is a market for signed pieces and this will at least make the book keep value, it won't add monetary value in the same way that others would because as pointed out he is a prolific signer. I myself have no interest in getting a signed copy for the reasons stated here, I won't be there, CoH was a treat because of the personal aspect to it. I can't make any of these signings so I will be happy with unsigned. As I have given up on 'Deluxe' after Kullervo I am quietly pleased that this release is so far costing me €16 for the book and €11 for the 2018 Alan Lee calendar which is a Beren and Luthien one. CoH was such an expensive experience with all the stuff I needlessly bought.
I just saw this in my Facebook feed... Waterstones is selling signed copies of the regular hardback (not deluxe) online for £20.

I don't plan to get this either because I'll be getting the deluxe for my collection and I don't see the point in having another copy just for the sake of Alan Lee's signature.
I thought of sharing the link in case others hadn't seen it

Wow! Thanks for sharing. That's an interesting painting; and definitely different in tone from the cover illustration.
Also good to see it's not printed in China
