The Tolkien Society has an eBay account now to sell of materials relating to Tolkien Society meetings, publications, and generally anything Tolkien related that they have in stock. It is an official part of The Tolkien Society in the UK, so your purchases help support that organization. Besides being a member of the Tolkien Society myself, I have no relation to this eBay seller.
