Just wanted to post a quick message regarding a very good experience I just had with HC. I know I have complained about the quality of their retail service in the past, so I thought I would share a bit of praise from my most recent experience with them. I placed an order in the afternoon on the 21st (Tuesday), and actually received my order, in the United States, today at noon! It arrived DHL, which now only handles internayional shipping in the U.S., so it couldn't have come from a U.S. distribution center or anything of that nature. The order was well packed, everything in the order was perfect, and it arrived from the U.K. in three days! Pretty impressive, if you ask me (especially during the Holiday season).
