If you really want a copy of the deluxe edition (USA), it has obviously been dumped on the remainder market. Here is the best deal I have found so far on new/sealed copies:

Thanks for the heads-up on this, Jeremy - I don't generally buy US books, but I had the US CoH Deluxe and went for it for the sake of completeness. At US $2.92 (3.5% of list price) for a shrinkwrapped copy, it seemed like a fairly good deal !

Interestingly (to a tiny minority of people who care about insignificant book facts), it is a couple of mm thinner than the UK version, presumably being printed on slightly thinner paper (and the slipcase is correspondingly thinner). The spine is also slightly more curved.
