Hello everybody,

I am a Tolkien collector from Spain and I've read this forum for many years. Is the first time that I write in this forum. Sorry if my level of English is not very good...
I have discovered something really interesting in Internet. It is a scanning of an Australian magazine dated in 1975 ("Monash Review"). Three years before the publication of the humorous poem "Doworst" in the Australian fanzine 'A Elbereth Gilthoniel' (according to "Reader's Guide", Scull and Hammond, page 214) the manuscript of the poem and Tolkien's letter to Chambers appears reprodced in this magazine. The link is:

Maybe it's a new article to add to Tolkien publications...

Thanks for sharing the link! I had never heard about that publication before.

And don't worry about your level of English - I'm not a native speaker either, and Khamul only teases me a little!

Thanks for that. I didn't know about that.

I wonder if Hammond and Scull are aware of this or Pieter.

Thank you for sharing that. One has to wonder where the manuscript resides now (and what it would be worth).
