Weta ran an online Q&A session with PJ and GdT about the upcoming Hobbit movie(s). The full transcript is currently available online here:

Have to see what comes of the Estate lawsuit (I suspect that, given only the movie rights to H and LOTR were sold all those years ago, that there is much room to dispute what they can do in that filler movie.)
