Here is a postcard signed by Arthur Tolkien.

What I find so strange it was sitting in this enveloppe:

Sent in 1936 from Oxford?? Tolkien's handwriting??

I think it is a strange combination. A card sent from Bloemfontein in 1895 by Tolkien's father, being sent to Holland 41 years later.
