If people have this edition, can they check page 169 to see if they have the same printing error as in this picture and my copy.

Neither of our two copies has the flaw, so it wasn't present throughout the print run. It looks as if something fell onto the printing plate. Probably it was caught before too many copies were marked this way.

I am sure you are correct, as it is such an obvious flaw.

My copy is okay. I remember hearing something about printing problems at the time it came out, but I don't know the details.
