J.R.R. Tolkien has inspired so many and it is logic that all over the globe people many locations, items, pets, children, species and even entire genera have been named after elements of J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium. But some Tolkien fans have gone so far to honour the author by naming locations to the author himself.

Since there are many Tolkien fans and Middle-earth lovers who are also vivid writers and do have a desire to write about their passion, I get many emails from Tolkien friends who want to know if I accept guest posts and articles by guest bloggers on Tolkienlibrary.com, and if that is the case, what are the guidelines. The answer to the first question is: Yes, I do accept guest posts.

Tolkien's classic The Hobbit called A Hobbit Devotional- Bilbo Baggins and the Bible. The fifth Beyond Bree Award was given to Mark T. Hooker

The winner of the highly coveted Beyond Bree Award was announced during The Return of the Ring at Loughborough University. The award was bestowed on Mark T. Hooker, the author of a number of books on J.R.R. Tolkien, including Tolkien Through Russian Eyes and Tolkien and Welsh.

This edition will be released as a tie-in with the Hobbit movies, soon to be released on the big screen. I'm however happy to see the publishers decided to make a two and not a three volume edition.
