The Tolkien Collector

  • Christina Scull, ed., with Wayne Hammond
  • 1-24?
  • Fall 1992 to present

Still officially in print, though Wayne and Christina have been working hard on a large number of publishing contracts and have not put out a new issue in quite some time. Wayne and Christina report (Oct 2 2006) that a new issue is in the works.

Most issues have a feature article, as well as notes on books recently released, forthcoming, or reissued. There are usually some notes on secondhand books for auction or in bookseller catalogs. Quite a few issues contain "Addenda & Corrigenda to J.R.R. Tolkien: A Descriptive Bibliography" by Wayne G. Hammond.

An index of Issues 1-20 is also available.
