Thanks SonOfDolf, but I actually wanted to read it; I collect images of Tolkien's unpublished letters.

I do have to admit that "From Ronald and Edith Tolkien" is not very common in his letters.

Not sure, the first print run of Dan Brown's books (& J. K.) are massive, and dwarf anything in regard to Tolkien. I know you weren't talking about J. K. Rowling, but the print runs were like 10 million copies for some of her books. Tolkien never had anything like this.
