I highly recommend this exhibition at the new Bodleian library in Oxford.

There is only one Tolkien piece - his artwork for the dust jacket of The Hobbit - but everything in there is very shiny (often literally as well as figuratively!)

I am now working my way through the catalogue - also very interesting.

Could someone who owns this catalogue tell me/us a little more of what it contains in regards to Tolkien and The Hobbit?

Wellinghall provided me the info I needed, thanks!

Catalog item 45 - one page description (p. 140) including a detailed image of the lower right corner of the Hobbit dustjacket, with the full dustjacket reproduced on p. 141.

Brief mention of the catalog item in the introductory essay.
