Beren; You foundthose books at an Oxfam shop??? WOW!! Thats amazing, you are so lucky.
Thanks everyone for replying. We are planning the holiday at the moment so it gives me a good start. I'm from Australia, so it will be the only Oxonmoot I will be able to attend.
Tinfang_Warble; have you been to Oxonmoot before? Whats it like? Do people do a tour of the bookshops after the events of Oxonmoot is over for the day?

I found a 1960 Two Towers at a bookstore in Cecil Court about 12 years ago, and a Reader's Union set at an Oxfam shop. It is worth poking around some of those stores to see what they have.
Hay-on-wye is the book lover's Mecca if you can get there.

Dior: I have been to my first Oxonmoot last year. Some people do visit some bookshops in town indeed. I am going again next september, so maybe we can do a bookshop-tour with a few collectors. Would be fun!
Tinfang,
That would be great!
If we both come across the find of a century, do we flip a coin for it?? ha!
Does Priscilla Tolkien still attend Oxenmoot?
