Not a bad price, though the corner's damaged... Not sure how that affects the value.

Laurel,
I bought one of the previous copies for $250 that wasn't damaged. Not sure who bought the other.

Looks like someone made a steal, auction ended early with only one bid.

When did Christopher flat-sign any copies of CoH in 2007? He didn't attend any official or unofficial launch of the book. Even HC's official launch didn't have any flat-signed copies. No other copies have ever appeared on the market flat-signed that I recall.
I emailed the seller.
I don't believe this to be genuine.

Auction then finishes early. Not sure if this was/is genuine. I'm sure whoever won it just wanted to see it in the flesh to have a closer look. If it's a fake, it looks pretty good from the photograph. Although, does anyone think that CT would have signed it where it's signed had he had the book put in front of him? Right below his father's name...
Too me a book is just a book despite whos autograph inside

Having a look at other items the seller has for sale. All books & at least half a dozen (without counting them here) signed. So, a pretty odd response (to a question of provenance) considering the seller is selling so many other signed books. Also note that the seller makes no claim about them being signed; another pretty suspicious method of listing, thus avoiding claims of mis-selling.
