Well, quite. And, we come back to the old question - how do we know that these items were in the bungalow when the Tolkiens lived there, between 1969 and 1971?

For instance; I never heard that the Tolkiens called their home 'Woodridings'.

Apart from the weird statement that 1st/1st FOTR did not have maps in the back, mine does, this one does not.

Its not in best of condition either
the last one went for £483 and it had a map
