Unfortunately those old ISBNs don't tell us whether H &/or LR are reprints. Can't quite make out the slipcase material...

And, half of these aren't "limited to 1000 copies". Probably worth half the asking price.

TH has the flatter spine. I’ll check in the morning whether that is 1st or 2nd. I have both prints of it (and all 4 of LOTR).

Edit: The second impression has the flat spine.
