Are you saying it is not "in print"? I would think a POD is, by definition, the most "in print" that a book could possibly be.
And yes, I have seen POD titles get pulled, so they can go "out of print".

There are not. It is essentially just a reprint.
I think with all these PODs what is being asked is: has the text been reset? I have none of these, and have seen none of these, but the assumption, with them being POD, is that they have not. Title pages & copyright pages aside, these are all likely photographic reproduction facsimile editions. Therefore the core texts (including typeface & layout) are identical. DJs are not part of the printed content of the book.
